Executive Director

Alvin Lockett

Alvin Lockett is the founder of RTTM Community Center, former Assistant Technical Director for Mosaic Youth, Jerk @ Work Productions owner and a Cherry Hill School of Performing Arts graduate. Alvin has a technical theater, media arts, and music and video production background. Alvin is a member of the inaugural cohort (YDRC) Equity Accelerator for Youth Development (EAYD),(NEW) Leadership DELI 2022 Fellow, 2022 Inner City Capital Connections ICCC Detroit 2022 Program Graduate, AFP Greater Detroit's 2022 Fisher Fellow. In Jan. 2023, Alvin was elected Chair of Devices & Connectivity for Connect 313 and a Watson Institute Ford Fellow 2024.

Mark Zockheem

Board President

Pastor Zockheem ("Pastor Z") has led United Church of Faith Methodist for over a decade, growing it from a single member through outreach and relationship-building. A military veteran and former steel industry worker, he now serves full-time in ministry. He oversees impactful programs like Love and Labor (LAL), which teaches youth construction and life skills, and a Women's Ministry that empowers participants to lead and serve in their communities.

Vincent Yancey

Vice President

Bishop Yancey is the founder and Presiding Prelate of Gather to Grow Fellowship and senior pastor of Returning to Truth Ministries New Holy Cross One Church, which he established in 2003. He began his ministry at Greater Whole Truth Pentecostal Apostolic Mission Church, where he served in multiple leadership roles, including Youth and Assistant Pastor. He later served as Michigan State Bishop and Second Presiding Prelate of Dominion Covenant Fellowship. With a background in youth development as Director of Recreation at Peoples Community Services, he remains active in church and community leadership while studying Christian Counseling.

Kayo Anderson

Treasurer

Kayo Anderson was an original performer with Mosaic Youth Theatre who went on to shape its future-founding the Mosaic Singers, serving as music director, and later becoming vice president and artistic director. Now the Minister of Culture at the Los Angeles Community Action Network, he leads the Freedom Singers, a multidisciplinary troupe based in Skid Row. Anderson has earned numerous honors, including Crain's Top Twenty in Their Twenties, the Spirit of Detroit Award, and recognition from the National Arts Education Forum for creativity and innovation in arts educatio

William Graves

Member

William L. Graves IV is a proud graduate of the Mosaic Youth Theater of Detroit and a founding member of the Que Blackout Tech Crew. He is the owner of Graves Covenant Protection Agency, L.L.C. and serves as a deacon with City Covenant Church, where he has dedicated over 15 years of service. A co-founder of the audiovisual and production company Jay-Dough, Will also serves as an instructor and leader at Mission City and is an active member of the At the Table Entrepreneurial Group.

Ciera Lockett

Ciera Lockett, Director of Que Blackout Youth Theater, is a skilled operations leader with a background in administration and logistics from roles with Johnson Law Firm, UPS, and FedEx. Currently studying accounting and business management at Macomb Community College, she leads day-to-day operations and supports the leadership team with a focus on efficiency and excellence. Her growth from Associate Director to Executive Director reflects her commitment to mentorship, professional development, and advancing Que Blackout's mission.
