Our home is now a "Third Space" for many residents in our community. The Que-munity Center serves as a safe, inclusive hub for youth aged 10 to 22 from low-income and underserved communities, offering opportunities to acquire tangible skills, foster creativity, and prepare for their futures.

Our Mission
RTTM Community Center is a Detroit nonprofit that provides "Hope & Access." to our community by introducing them to new industries, individuals, and ideas . RTTM Programs showcase various opportunities to help our community stay healthy, keep fit, gain employment, and have fun! That is the guiding principle of every program; opportunity and collaboration created by the organization. The community center brings together people who inspire each other, pushing everyone to be leaders and remain motivated, active, and involved in their community.

Our Programs
The RTTM Community Center programs were designed to connect our diverse community with influential leaders. We're actively bridging the gap between our grassroots QueR Code initiatives and the Que to C-Suites program, a direct line of communication from our community members ("the Que") to corporate executive leadership ("the C-Suites"). This isn't just about dialogue; it's a strategic platform for actionable change, allowing our community to directly voice their needs, insights, and innovative ideas to key decision-makers.
Our QueR Code digital literacy classes equip community members with the essential skills to navigate digital platforms, empowering them to effectively engage with our online resources and the broader digital world.
