She has been leading the operation of RTTM Community Center since 2018 and serving in the Nursing field since 2008. She received her Nursing degree from Wayne County Community College in June 2008. Neysa served as Director of Nursing for Rainbow Health Care, in her role of DON she coordinated nursing care by allocating resources where needed, whether in the form of nurses, medication, doctors or equipment. Most of her career was in Nursing Education as lead nurse of numerous healthcare organizations.
In addition to serving in the nursing field, Neysa also serves as Youth Education & Development Coordinator at Returning to Truth Ministries. Her years in education gives her the right temperament and experience to help RTTM Community Center in their education requirements for the program. Neysa years of volunteerism, expertise and experience with after school programs, makes her a knowledgeable resource
Asia brings wide-ranging expertise to RTTM Community Center. In managing the history and culture of RTTM Community Center she is responsible compliance,Emotional optimism, and human resources. In her role she fills in the gaps that traditional C-Level HR and Marketing Directors overlap. She is known for bringing passion to the job. She is an active member of her church and he community.
Her role in those sectors has given her the opportunity to serve 1000’s of residents in District 3 of Detroit. She spearheaded a 10 year community event called Harvest Treats and has secured donations and support from numerous local businesses including Better Made Chips, Dearborn Sausage, Towne Club Soda and Vault of Midnight Comics to name a few.
Alvin Lockett founded RTTM Community Center in 2018, he comes from a theater background and has moved into the business world, becoming a trainer and working for numerous companies; he is currently at PSCU. He is an alumnus of the Mosaic’s tech crew and was part of the Mosaic Ensemble from 00 – 02. From 2004-2007 Alvin served as the Assitant Technical Director of the program.
As a sound technician, Alvin has worked with national recording artists Gwen & Charles Scales, Lil Richard, Parachute, The Four Tops, Ryan Leslie and Thornetta Davis. Alvin was the Assistant Technical Director of Mosaic Youth Theater. At the same time, in that role, he designed lights for all of the Mosaic Youth Theater of Detroit stage plays, the NFL Super Bowl Committee, Fellowship Chapel in Detroit, and numerous off-Broadway Plays.
Jessica joined RTTMCC in 2021, she came in originally as the lone grant writer for the organization. Her attention to detail and desire to make the broken parts whole made her the only logical choice for her role. Jessica is a West Coaster with an art background, she has a deep understanding of art & design principles. Jessica is a graduate of Academy of Art University and owner of an amazing art studio. Her creativity and technical skills are the perfect blend of art and cooperate.
The best way to describe Jessica, is she is fearless, creative, self-sufficient, and reliable. She is a quick-witted problem solver with an eye for detail. Thoughtful, perceptive, and devoted to efficiency. knowledgeable on many subjects, and able to master new skills quickly. She brings a unique perspective to our orgnization and she keeps the doors open.
