We firmly believe social justice begins when access and hope are available equally. Our communities have faced significant challenges in Detroit, and hope is often rare. Even when hope is found, access to the necessary resources to act upon one's vision can be limited. Our program empowers individuals within our community to discover opportunities and become prepared to seize them. From Q to C-Suites represents a transformative mentorship initiative committed to empowering youth by fostering connections with accomplished minority leaders from Fortune 5000 companies. Through compelling narratives, we aim to inspire ambition, resilience, and a profound sense of possibility among Q to C-Suites students.

The QueR Code initiative catalyzes advancing opportunity and promoting diversity and inclusion within our community, particularly among underserved residents in a primarily BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community. By creating this program, we aim to address systemic barriers and empower individuals with the skills and resources needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world. QueR Code covers various topics, from crucial internet use to advanced subjects like graphic design, web design, music and video production, app building, and coding.

Que Blackout offers a comprehensive educational and performance experience for Young Designers aged 10 to 22 to enhance their technique, application, and technology skills. Our multifaceted career development approach includes a Portfolio Readiness Class, a program that fosters self-discovery and soft skills development, significantly impacting students' lives.
Our programs promote literacy, active listening, respect, empathy, creative expression, and more. Media arts are crucial in bridging divides, allowing everyone to participate. Que Blackout's mission is to provide hope and access to underserved communities through the unifying power of media and the technical aspects of the performing arts. We train our 'Young Designers' in various arts and technical fields, providing them with the skills to navigate life's challenges.
